We are a growing company with future positions available including:

 
 

 Administrative Assistant:    Both Part time and Full time available in this position.  This position requires a person who does NOT need to be micromanaged and can assist all department heads in fullfilling their mission while keeping general ledger, using quickbooks, excel and multiphone system. 

Marketing Rep:  This position requires a personable, sales-oriented, reliable individual who has a good image and communication skills.  Honesty, integrity and an ability to work un-supervised and set/attain goals are required for the position.  A stable work history is required along with a valid Drivers License.  An ability to plan events is also helpful along with the ability to be flexible with your schedule.

Project Manager:   This position requires a minimum of two years of project management.  Must be proficient in Xactimate/MSB estimating.  Communication skills (both written and verbal) must be very clear. 

Carpenter:  The successful candidate must demonstrate through historical experience and references that they have experience and competency along a full spectrum of carpentry from cabinets and framing to countertops to finish carpentry, from roofing to basic flooring.  Interior trim is a large part of this job. Drywall and painting skills are required.  From interior/exterior doors and windows to basic maintenance skills. Must have a clean driving record, ability to work well with customers and employees/sub-contractors, be organized and have better than average computer/tech/phone/email skills. The successful applicant will be open to accepting challenging tasks while learning new skills and have the ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Water and Fire Mitigation Technicians/Carpenters Helper/General Laborer:  Full time and Part timePosition will include demolition/cleaning/carpentry duties.  Rotating 24 hour availability and on-call duties are required.

Cleaners:  Assist in processing of contents and general cleaning.
